Wedding album design

This is an example of one of the beautiful wedding albums I’ve had done recently for a client. I wanted to show a few pictures so you can see the quality of these fantastic albums.

The printing is done by the wonderful Kiss Wedding Books, this is one of their 12 inch leather albums. The weight and feel of these things has to be experienced to be believed!

All the layout and design and photography is all done by me – the benefit of being a graphic designer as well as a photographer!

About the wedding albums

To give you a bit of info these albums are bound with full grain natural leather around a solid thick cover. Each page is mounted on a hard substrate and is about 2mm thick, making them incredibly durable – these things are built to last! They print on Fuji Crystal Archival paper using a proper photographic methods so you get bright, rich colours that won’t discolour with age.

To ensure your prints lay flat across the spine each page is built with a micro-fold, not a cut. This means you get beautifully flat pages that show off each spread in all it’s glory. What’s more they come in a range of funky colours!

Linen albums

I can also offer linen albums that feature two prints glued back to back so there are significantly thinner and less heavy. You still get all the quality printing of the leather album, just with a linen cover. This makes them less expensive to produce, perfect if you’re on a tight budget.
